Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with My Sa’adah.

If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to assist with returns or exchanges under the following conditions.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Types of returns that are accepted:

    Fabric Tear

    Faulty Zippers/Buttons

    Wrong Size/Colour given

    Major Stains

    Major Sewing Defects

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for size or color, subject to stock availability.

  • If your requested item is unavailable, you may choose a store credit or refund (where applicable).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless defective).

  • Gift cards.

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, stains or alterations are not eligible for return.

  • We do not offer exchanges or refunds for items with minor flaws or imperfections as these are natural results of the mass production process.

Return Process

  1. DM us at Instagram (@mysaadah.sg) or WhatsApp us at 89941237 with your order # and the issue stated.

  2. Wait for return authorization and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back using the provided return instructions.

  4. Once your return item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
